OK... Apparently This isn't getting out to enough people, so I'm cross posting it here from the CG mailout.

The Scottish play is on in Williamstown, and I'm in it, and I've booked (and paid for) 20 tickets, 10 for Tuesday the 28th of September and 10 for Friday the 1st of October. At the moment, the friday tickets are being eaten up fast... So far I have Neil (2), Dani, Steph, Suzie, Viv, and Tyk, all going on the Friday. That leaves 3 friday tickets, and 10 tuesday tickets still to go. I would really appreciate people letting me know one way or the other asap, so I can, if needed, release any unused tickets back to the ticket seller.

For those that didn't know, I auditioned for Macbeth last sunday. Had quite an amusingly bad photograph taken of me, and then did what I thought was a good, though probably not brilliant, audition. As I said to my parents afterward, I would have cast me. But that means nothing, as we all know.


So aaanywho, fast forwarding to the present, I got a part. Sergeant, first murderer and Dunsinane messenger. So kind of three parts.

I was hoping like hell, but didn't really expect anything, because it's a very established company (my parents did stuff with them years ago) and is the kind that plays out to packed audiences every show, because they have subscription packages. And it's also a full-age-range production, not like Sam's no-one over 35 if I can manage it... this the leads were mostly suggested 25-35, with duncan and some others 35-45+... so being 22, I knew I wasn't a shoo-in by any means. Which makes the part mean even more. Anyway, I'm off to work now, so I'll probably talk to most of you soon.
